Water Land uses clever cut-outs and a relaxed palette of blues, yellows, ochres and some spots of red to show readers links between ten major bodies of water and landforms — bay, cape, strait and isthmus to name a few. Included at the end are definitions and examples of each along with an expanding map where each of the bodies of water and landforms are marked. Head over to this Instagram post and scroll right for a couple of videos of the book in action.
